Return Policy

 

Items may be returned for a store credit only that will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

All returns must be returned back 14 days from the date of delivery to you.

All Sale items are final and cannot be returned, that includes any items that have a discount of 20% or more.

All returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and free of odor. 

If your item is defected or damaged, please send us a photo at: customerservice@fawnandfeathercollection.com. We will exchange the item for you as long as we are notified within 2 days of you receiving your order.

 

Shipping Policy

Fawn & Feather Collection's timely processing of orders is continuing as normal. However, once packages are shipped from Sanford, NC, they may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability and increased volume with USPS and our other shipping carriers.

Local Pickup

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. IF YOU ARE MISSING A PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
